The normal collection schedule will be pushed back 1 day all week. Residents should keep their trash and recycling bins away from the streets and sidewalks until after snow cleanup has been completed.
Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors are held in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room, with executive session beginning at 6:00 p.m. and Regular Session beginning at 7:00 p.m. Manchester residents are welcome to attend and/or speak at the Board of Directors' regular monthly meetings, either in person or remotely. Individuals may also submit email comments to the Board of Directors using directors@manchesterct.gov
Individuals who wish to speak remotely must complete a Request to Speak form by 4:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. The meeting link will be sent to registered individuals prior to the meeting.

The legislative function is performed by a bipartisan Board of Directors consisting of direct-elect Mayor and eight additional board members, elected for two year terms. By majority vote, the Board of Directors appoints the Town Manager.
