Mailbox Damage Claims:

For a damaged mailbox the most efficient way to notify our team is by submitting a claim by using the MarkIt tool using this link: MarkIt Manchester. To further help Town staff, please attach any relevant photos or videos you may have to your submission. Once you submit your claim, please allow a few business days for our Public Works team to review your damage. Our Public Works Department will assess the damage at your home and, if possible, repair your mailbox at that time.
