Gardner Street Reconstruction

Proposed reconstruction of Gardner Street from vicinity of its intersection at Line Street northerly to its north junction at Fern Street.

Ridgewood Street - Griswold Street Area Improvements

Proposed water main and sanitary sewer replacements within the Ridgewood Street & Griswold Street area neighborhoods. Project funded in part through DWSRF.

The upgrade to LED high-efficiency roadway lighting at various location across town.

2022-2023 Construction Season pavement rehabilitation and resurfacing of various Town roads and streets.

Vernon Street Pedestrian Safety Improvements

Installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon at the mid-block school crossing sidewalk for Buckley School on Vernon Street. Project funded through Enhanced Pedestrian Crossings Program, DPW Capital Budget.

2022-2023 Paving Contract #2

2023 Construction Season pavement rehabilitation and resurfacing of various Town roads and streets.

Hilliard Street Sidewalk Extension (Adams Street to Duval Street)

Proposed project to close existing sidewalk gap by installing 5 ft-wide concrete sidewalk on the north side of Hilliard St between Adams St and Duval St. Other work to include ADA sidewalk ramps and signing. Project funded in part through CDBG.

2023 Various Pedestrian Safety Improvements

Installation of pedestrian and bicyclist safety improvements at various locations and streets within the Town of Manchester. Projects designed and initiated by the Dept. of Public Works Engineering Division. More information to come.

CNG Scheduled Gas Main Work for 2023
