Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

The Town of Manchester Department of Public Works, Engineering Division proposes to install Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) at two unsignalized, pedestrian crosswalks on East Center Street (U.S. Routes 6 & 44) located at its intersection at Holl Street and at its intersection at Benton Street, as part of a pedestrian safety improvement project.
Other work includes ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, modification of the center island at Holl Street, removal and construction of a new larger center island at Benton Street, revisions to signing and pavement markings, erosion & sedimentation control, maintenance and protection of traffic, restoration of lawns and driveways, and other appurtenant work.
This project is in part grant funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administered through the Manchester Community Development Program. Design and Construction Inspection by the Town of Manchester Engineering Division.
