In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. This project includes the replacement of approximately 750 cobra head style street lights at various locations within Town. Upon completion of this project, all cobra head style street lights in Manchester will have been upgraded to LED. A future project to convert remaining lantern style street lights will be forthcoming in 2023.
