Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

This project includes the replacement of approximately 750 cobra head style street lights at various locations within Town. Upon completion of this project, all cobra head style street lights in Manchester will have been upgraded to LED. A future project to convert remaining lantern style street lights will be forthcoming in 2023.
