In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Town of Manchester will be installing new concrete sidewalks on the north side of Lydall Street between Parker Street and Ambassador Drive. Work will begin on or around September 23, 2024 and take approximately 6 weeks to complete. The project is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
