Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

The Manchester Redevelopment Agency adopted the Broad Street Redevelopment Plan in 2009 and amended it in 2013. The Plan envisions transforming the Broad Street business area from an exclusively commercial district to one with a mix of uses that will create a live-work-play environment.
