Board of Directors

The Town of Manchester is organized under the Council-Manager form of government. The legislative function is performed by a bipartisan Board of Directors consisting of the highest voted Mayor and eight board members, who are elected biennially for two year terms.

The Town of Manchester's four cemeteries encompass 125 acres with approximately 50 acres undeveloped. We provide vital services for interments and disinterment, assisting funeral directors and vault companies and perpetual care of the lot. Our records, which are updated daily, provide valuable information to families and friends of the deceased, funeral homes, monument companies and genealogists.

The Collector of Revenue Office is responsible for the collection of real estate taxes, personal property taxes, motor vehicle taxes, water & sewer usage, and parking tickets.
