Brianna Smith serves as the Town of Manchester's Director of Communications & Civic Engagement. As a Manchester native, she's excited for the opportunity to make an impact on and be part of a prideful, thriving, and evolving community. Her work focuses on establishing a vision and implementing initiatives to better inform, connect, communicate, and engage with the community. 

She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and MBA in Strategic Innovation with a unique background in start-up, private-sector, and non-profit strategy, marketing, research, and communications. 

What she enjoys most about her job is connecting with community members and helping to make a more positive impact on their quality of life.

Meet the Specialist

Michelle Doyle, serves as the Town of Manchester’s Communications Specialist. She looks forward to the opportunity to engage with the community and uncover insights that will support in building an effective engagement plan for the Town. 

Prior to joining the Town of Manchester, Michelle began her journey in branding, digital marketing, and UI/UX within the StartUp world in Seattle, Washington. Michelle moved to Manchester where she focused on branding and digital marketing for small businesses, collaboration opportunities with EdTech , and artists’ communities. 

As an avid foodie she enjoys exploring the local food scene and believes laughter is the best medicine, with the second being in the company of a dog or cat.
