General Project Information

The Town of Manchester Department of Public Works, Engineering Division proposes to install 5 ft-wide concrete sidewalk on the east and west sides of Keeney Street from the existing end of sidewalk near Nutmeg Drive and Garden Grove Road south to Bush Hill Road and West Gerald Drive.

Funding

This project is in part grant funded through the Community Connectivity Grant Program (CCGP) from the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT). Design and Construction Inspection to be completed by the Town of Manchester Engineering Division.

Schedule

Construction is anticipated to begin in September 2025 and take approximately 6 months to complete.
