In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Town will hold an in-person public informational meeting for the proposed project to extend sidewalk on both east and west sides of Keeney Street from the end of the existing sidewalk at Garden Grove Rd & Nutmeg Dr, south to the intersection of Bush Hill Rd & Gerald Dr. Meet with staff from the Engineering Division to see a Preliminary Design and to learn more about the project. This project has received a grant through the Connecticut Department of Transportation's (CTDOT) Community Connectivity Grant (CCG) Program for the construction costs to install and extend the sidewalk.
Language assistance is provided at no cost to the public and efforts will be made to respond to timely requests for assistance. Requests should be made at least 5 business days prior to the meeting.
