The Water Department will be flushing water mains in areas of the distribution system. The cleaning program will begin at 7:15 a.m. each day and continue till 3:00 p.m.
The Town of Manchester Department of Public Works, Engineering Division proposes to install 5 ft-wide concrete sidewalk on the east and west sides of Keeney Street from the existing end of sidewalk near Nutmeg Drive and Garden Grove Road south to Bush Hill Road and West Gerald Drive. The Town Survey Unit is conducting field survey and mapping for the project. No design work has been completed.
This project is in part grant funded through the Community Connectivity Grant Program (CCGP) from the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT). Design and Construction Inspection to be completed by the Town of Manchester Engineering Division.
