The mission of Manchester Recreation is to enhance the quality of life for all Manchester residents. This is accomplished by providing a comprehensive program of recreational opportunities for all ages, ability levels, and provides safe, attractive, well-maintained, well managed parks and recreation facilities.
News, Notifications and Cancellations:
An update on our plan for the extreme heat in the coming days. This plan covers Wednesday (7/1), Thursday (7/2) and the holiday weekend.

Wednesday Farmer's Market has been canceled.

All Rec on the Run and Park Ambassador programs have been canceled for the remainder of the week.

All Youth Sports have been canceled for the remainder of the week.

Camps will remain open and all camps have access to air-conditioned rooms with additional pool access for cooling.

Pools will remain open following their normal schedule. We have added some additional open swim time at Globe Hollow for Wednesday and Thursday evening. Marcy MacDonald Pool will be open July 3 & 4 for the holiday.

If you are an organization looking to hold a special event in Manchester, or use/rent a facility, you will need to complete the Use Application below. Please note that this is an all-inclusive application. Please complete all required fields and include as much detail as possible so that a decision can be made expeditiously.

Don't forget to renew your membership card! Stop by one of our locations starting Thursday, January 2, 2025. Please remember, the fees are back this year. With a recreation membership card, you will have access to a wide array of activities, amenities, facilities, and events. Whether you are looking to unwind, stay active, or create lasting memories with your loved ones, we’ve got you covered!
