Administration of Residential Building Assistance Program

 

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the Town of Manchester Planning & Economic Development Department (Department). The Department is responsible for coordinating the solicitation of professional services for the administration of a residential building assistance program (program). The Department is seeking applications from community agencies that currently operate such programs and that could provide services as described in the RFP.

The following timeline is subject to change based on the number of proposals received and the time needed for award processing.

Should applicants provide a list of references with the proposal?

Applicants can include a list of references with the proposal to expedite the review process. References should include previous or current clients or partner organizations that can speak to the applicant's expertise and experience in delivering similar programs to the ones proposed or with experience in grants management.

 

What is the payment process for the grant?

The selected applicant should plan to submit invoices for reimbursement on a monthly basis. This schedule ensures that program activity complies with the Compliance and Reporting Guidance for the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. The Town of Manchester Accounting Department processes payments efficiently. The average wait time for payment processing is approximately two weeks.
