The Water Department will be flushing water mains in areas of the distribution system. The cleaning program will begin at 7:15 a.m. each day and continue till 3:00 p.m.
On Saturday, December 3rd, CAST children’s theatre will hold a Holiday Vendor Fair Extravaganza from 10:30 am – 2:00 pm at the Manchester Elks Lodge #1893 located at 30 Bissell Street in Manchester.
