In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Redevelopment Agency is authorized to prepare and adopt plans for redevelopment of areas to eliminate slum and blight. The Agency can also accept or borrow funds, buy and resell property, and work with private developers to carry out redevelopment plans.
