Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

Each year, Manchester receives federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to support projects that benefit low- and moderate-income residents. Funding applications have been released for the CDBG program year that will begin October 1, 2025. Town departments and established 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to apply for funds to support projects that will benefit a lower-income area, individuals or households.
