In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Each year, Manchester receives federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to support projects that benefit low- and moderate-income residents. Funding applications have been released for the CDBG program year that will begin October 1, 2025. Town departments and established 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to apply for funds to support projects that will benefit a lower-income area, individuals or households.
