Gate Rate = $135 per ton for Bulky/Construction & Demolition Waste. 

The Town of Manchester operates an active Bulky/Construction & Demolition Waste Landfill. The Landfill is permitted by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. The Landfill is also permitted to accept petroleum contaminated soils, regulated soils and other non-hazardous special and manufacturing wastes. Listed below are the standard forms and applications that are required to transact business with the Town of Manchester's Landfill as a commercial customer.
