In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Project will construct an accessible 6' wide bituminous concrete sidewalk between the terminus of the existing trail along Trotter Street to the existing bituminous concrete loop trail in Center Springs Park. When completed, there will be a continuous pedestrian connection between Broad Street, Center Springs Park and Center Street/Center Park/Downtown area. Project is funded with a state urban act grant administered by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP).
