In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The project will replace existing water mains on Dover Rd, Edison Rd, Fulton Rd, Hendee Rd, Whitney Rd and Jarvis Rd. It will also include full depth road resurfacing upon completion of the water main work.
Project is funded with Water Capital Improvement funds and 2023 Public Works Bond funds.
Minor work may begin later this fall with the majority of the construction to take place in 2026.
