Prior to your fingerprint submission to be completed as part of the application process, a criminal history request pre-enrollment registration is required. The "Connecticut Criminal History Request System" link above provides information on how to complete this. After completing the pre-enrollment steps, a confirmation screen will appear confirming registration is complete. You will be provided an Applicant Tracking Number and barcode which must be printed and presented prior to your fingerprinting session.
