Self-Care Sound Bath Meditation- September 2025

Maria del Carmen Rodriguez is a dedicated and passionate sound healer practitioner with a deep understanding of the transformative power of sound and its ability to promote healing and well-being. During the course of the program, participants will be lying down or seated while Maria bathes them in the sounds of singing bowls, buffalo drums, and much more.
Participants are also encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, pillows or bolsters, or blankets to the session. This is a free adult program and no registration required.
