There shall be no parking on any public highway or designated municipally owned, leased or operated off-street parking area or lot in the Town between the hours of 2:00AM and 6:00AM from December 1st through April 1st.

During his lifetime, Charles Dickens read edited versions of his books and stories to audiences in England and the United States. His readings were vocal performances with different voices, emotions, facial expressions, and gestures. Kenneth Noll, Professor Emeritus of Microbiology at UConn, has been portraying Charles Dickens for many years at schools, libraries, museums, and to private groups, as well as online. On December 11th Noll will present a condensed version of “A Christmas Carol”, Dickens' classic and sentimental novel about the ghosts of Christmas who help old Ebenezer Scrooge find salvation.
