Program Registration

Step 1.Complete an Online Permission Slip

A permission slip is required prior to attending YSB programs. Please be sure to complete a permission slip online (one per child), or by stopping by our office prior to your program start date. You can find a listing of all programs and events being offered on our What's New page.

Step 2.Have your Account Username and Password Ready

An existing family account with the Town of Manchester is required for program registration.  If you do not have an account, please stop by the Youth Service Bureau or Recreation Department offices with proof of residency to open a family account.  If you don’t remember your password, and you are having problems resetting your password online, please call the Youth Service Bureau or Recreation Department for help.

Step 3.Know the Name of the Program You'd Like to Register for

We have many programs to offer. If you are unsure of what program you'd like to register your child in, or if you’d like to browse the variety of programs we have available, you can find a listing of all programs and events being offered on our What's New page. Programs are available on a first come, first served basis, so it is advisable to register early!

Step 4.Pay with a Credit Card or Existing Credits on Your Account for Fee Based Programs

The Youth Service Bureau’s programs are low cost or no cost. For fee-based programs, you may pay online via credit card, or use any existing credits on your account.

Step 2.Have An Existing Family Account with the Town of Manchester

As long as you have an existing family account with the Town of Manchester, we are able to help you with registering for programs over the phone. If you do not have an account, please stop by the Youth Service Bureau, Community Y, or Recreation Department offices with proof of residency to open a family account. 

Step 3.Know the Name of the Programs You'd Like to Register for

We have a variety of programs to offer for babies, toddlers, youth and teens. If you are unsure of what program you'd like to register your child in, or if you’d like to browse the variety of programs we have available, you can find a listing of all programs and events being offered in the Program and Event Guide. Please have the name and date of which programs you'd like to enroll your child in prior to calling the office for registration.  All programs are available on a first come, first served basis, so it is advisable to register early to avoid the wait list!
