Welcome to our What’s New page. Here you’ll find the latest seasonal programs and events offered by the Youth Service Bureau. Explore our current Winter/Spring opportunities, view the program flyer, and find quick links for registration, policies, and ways to stay connected with our community.

• Fall/Winter 2025 Flyer(PDF, 6MB) - Registration and a current permission slip is required to participate in programming. Please note that all classes, events and programs do not run year-round. Some programs are offered seasonally, during school breaks, or during the summer. 

• YSB Permission Slip - A permission slip is required prior to attending YSB programs. Please be sure to complete a permission slip online (one per child), or by stopping by our office prior to your program start date.

• Program Registration - An existing family account with the Town of Manchester is required for program registration. If you do not have an account, please stop by the Youth Service Bureau or Recreation Department offices with proof of residency to open a family account. If you don’t remember your password, and you are having problems resetting your password online, please call the Youth Service Bureau or Recreation Department for help.

• Program Policies, - Please review our program policies and guidelines regarding enrollment, fees, credits, refunds, cancellations and inclement weather, prior to registering for classes.
