In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Eighth Utilities District has merged with the Town of Manchester effective July 1, 2023.
As of July 1, 2023, all tax collection enforcement will be transferred to, and administered by, the Town of Manchester, as per their current collections policies.
**Effective July 1, 2023, sewer will no longer be paid through the tax bill. Sewer usage will be billed via the Town of Manchester Water & Sewer Department and will appear on your quarterly Water & Sewer bill.**
