Over the next 2 weeks, crews will be doing a leaf collection test run in select areas to test equipment functionality. This is not the official leaf pickup. A second, formal pass will follow later to collect leaves properly. The official leaf collection programs begins November 10. Thank you for your patience while we fine-tune the process.
Fall Back! Clocks go back one hour on Sunday, November 2nd at 2 a.m.The Manchester Fire Department reminds you to also change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and test them monthly. Please replace your smoke alarms every 10 years and carbon monoxide alarms every 7 years.

It develops recommendations for comprehensive housing policies and goals, and facilitates the accomplishment of those goals working with other Town boards and commissions and local non-profits.
