Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

Parade and Color Guard form and step off from American Legion Drive, at 10:30 a.m. Arrive at Manchester Memorial Hospital for Outdoor Ceremony on Front Lawn. Lowering of Colors, Placing of Wreaths, Playing of Taps, and Bagpiper.
In case of inclement weather, the remainder of the ceremony will take place inside the hospital in the H. Louise Ruddell Auditorium at 11:15 a.m.
