In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Town of Manchester Board of Directors adopted a resolution at their November 2022 meeting which adds a new exemption for Manchester veterans.
This new exemption has been adopted on a Pilot Program for this year, and it will be re-evaluated in September 2023.
The Town recommends that all Manchester veterans review the application for this program to determine if they qualify, and complete and return the application to the Assessment Office by no later than December 31, 2022 if applicable.
