In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 21, 2023, at 7:00 P.M., both virtually and in person in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room, 494 Main Street, Manchester, Connecticut, to hear and consider the adoption of the proposed update to the Town’s Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD), titled Manchester NEXT.
