In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Town-wide leaf collection has officially wrapped up for the season. If you still have leaves on your property, please remember that all remaining leaves must now be placed in biodegradable paper bags for curbside pickup until January 15th. Collection will resume on March 16th.
✅ Bagged leaves will be collected on your regular yard‑waste day. ✅ You may also bring loose or bagged leaves to the Town Transfer Station during normal operating hours.
