In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Storm & Power Outage Update
As of 9AM Eversource CT reports 600 customers in Manchester without power, or 2%. Town staff are in communication with Eversource to respond to outages, which total 82,000 statewide.

Drivers should take caution as winds will remain high until this afternoon. If a traffic light is out, come to a full stop at the light and treat the intersection or roadway as a regular stop. If it is a four-way intersection, treat it as a four-way stop.
