In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. 1. We will be out doing inspections at properties that had permitted work completed this year. Some of these inspections will be on Saturdays. We will always be wearing a badge, identifying us as town officials and will be driving a Town of Manchester vehicle. For some permit work, we may request a brief interior inspection, for others, we may be able to inspect and measure the outside. This is to update the property record card with accurate data.
2. Declarations of Personal Property are DUE BY NOVEMBER 1 to avoid penalty, for anyone who is a business owner of any scale. If you haven’t received a declaration, they are available along with instructions and detailed information on our webpage: Personal Property Forms
