In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Hop River Trail Alliance is holding a public informational meeting with regards to work being performed under a Recreational Trails Grant with CTDEEP, Contract #PS 2023-271.
