Households earning up to 60% of the State Median Income are eligible to apply ($41,553 for an individual and $79,910 for a household of 4). There is no asset limit.
Last year, 2315 Manchester households received more than $1.5M in energy assistance through this program. Manchester residents can apply online (preferred method) at ct.gov/heatinghelp or can request an in-person appointment in Manchester by calling 860-560-5800.
