There shall be no parking on any public highway or designated municipally owned, leased or operated off-street parking area or lot in the Town between the hours of 2:00AM and 6:00AM from December 1st through April 1st.

In the spirit of Public Works Day we want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the Manchester Public Works Department for their hard work in building two new beautiful girls' softball fields!
This video highlights the ribbon cutting ceremony that took place on Friday April 19th, where young athletes, families, community members, and Town leaders gathered for an unforgettable evening honoring Chickey Barrera and Laura Dunfield with the dedication of two new Girls Softball fields in their name, at the L. Carl Silver Jr., Recreation Complex.
