Calling all Manchester pet parents: you can now purchase or renew your dog license in-person via the drop box at Town Hall, by mail, email, phone, or online.
The Water Department will be flushing water mains in areas of the distribution system. It normally takes a few hours for the water to clear in a home. If water appears discolored for an extended period, the homeowner should contact 860-647-3201.

Town of Manchester CT Offices will be closed on May 29th for the Memorial Day Holiday. Trash will not be collected Monday and will be delayed one day for the remainder of the week. The Manchester Public Library will be closed on Friday May 26th, 2023 from 9-1 and open 1-5PM. The library will then be closed for the Memorial Day weekend Saturday May 27th, and Monday May 29th.
Manchester's Memorial Day Observance will begin with a Church Service and Massing of the Colors at New River Community Church, 314 Woodbridge St. Manchester, CT on Sunday May 28, 2023 at 11 a.m.
The annual Manchester Memorial Day Parade will be held on Monday, May 29, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. The parade route will begin at the Army and Navy Club, 1090 Main St., turns east on East Center St., and then turns west at Nate Agostinelli Veterans Memorial Park, and will conclude at the Center Memorial Park for a Memorial Day Program to honor our fallen veterans. In the event the parade is cancelled due to inclement weather, the Center Memorial Park Program will be held indoors at The Salvation Army, 661 Main St., Manchester, CT 06040 at 11AM (no masks required). All are invited.
