The Water Department will be flushing water mains in areas of the distribution system. The cleaning program will begin at 7:15 a.m. each day and continue till 3:00 p.m.

Orders must be placed by October 14th, and picked up on October 15th from 9:00 am-1:00 pm at the Town of Manchester Public Works Administration building at 321 Olcott St.
