The Town of Manchester Water Department is in the process of making upgrades to the Globe Hollow Water Treatment Plant. Due to these upgrades, the annual water main flushing program will be moved to Fall 2025.
The Town Attorney's Office represents the Housing and Fair Rent Commission and receives complaints from MANCHESTER tenants with regard to rent increases only.

The Housing and Fair Rent commission consists of nine (9) members who meet at the call of the Chairperson (TBA) when there is a complaint regarding excessive rental charges.
