In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. This project includes construction of concrete sidewalks on the south side of Deming Street and on the north side of Tolland Turnpike (State Routes 30 and 83) between Hale Road and the Vernon town line.
Project is 100% state funded through the Local Transportation Capital Improvement Program (LOTCIP) of the CT Dept. of Transportation.
