Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

Project includes traffic calming and streetscape elements to Spruce Street in the vicinity of the East Side Resource Center and Nathan Hale. It also includes the construction of a pocket park with small spray pad at the corner of Spruce St and Birch St, a walkway connecting Cottage St and Spruce St and a new basketball court on the Nathan Hale parcel.
The project is primarily funded with federal grants (American Rescue Plan Act and Community Development Block Grant Program).
Construction is expected to begin in April 2025 and take approximately 6 months to complete.
