In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Town of Manchester Department of Public Works, Engineering Division proposes to reconstruct Line Street from its intersection at Route 83 (S Main St) easterly to its intersection at Gardner Street.
The Town anticipates a field survey by the Engineering Division Survey Unit to be completed in the Spring of 2026 followed by preparation of the project base mapping. The Town will begin design of the project thereafter. Construction is estimated to begin in Spring 2027.
This project is funded through the 2023 Public Works Bond Referendum.
