Sit By the SAD Lamps

Do you suffer from seasonal affective disorder (SAD)? The winter months can be especially tough with less sunlight, making the days longer. Get some relief by sitting by our SAD lamps on Fridays in January, February, and March. According to research by the National Institute of Health, sitting by a SAD lamp, also known as a form of bright white light therapy, can be effective for those who have SAD.

Bring your book to read and relax, and we’ll have light refreshments as well. No registration required for this free program for adults.
