MECC (Manchester Early Childhood Collaborative) was established in 1997 to increase the number of quality preschool spaces in our community. As a group, MECC has expanded our purpose and reach to support the overall development, education, and wellbeing of young children and families in our community.
Collaborative members represent a wide variety of organizations as well as community members from our town, but they have one purpose in common: the best interests of children and their families. Our members bring a wealth of expertise to the Collaborative to help influence the work we do. If interested in any of our Community Table please contact Donna Farr: dfarr@manchesterct.gov
The Manchester Early Childhood Collaborative meets regularly and all meetings are open to the public. Meeting Dates: December, 1st 2025, February 2nd 2026, April 6th 2026 Time: 12PM-1:30PM Location: Youth Services Bureau Address: 63 Linden St
