Advocacy and Coordinating Resources
The Town of Manchester is committed to addressing homelessness in our community. The Town's Director of Human Services, Joel Cox, is primarily responsible for coordinating efforts to address housing instability and homelessness. If you are a provider, resident or partner and have thoughts, questions, suggestions or concerns about homelessness -or- you would like to participate in conversations/efforts to address homelessness, please reach out to Director Cox at 860-647-3091 or jcox@manchesterct.org

Warming Center
In partnership with MACC Charities and Journey Home, the Town hosts a site for a Warming Center during the 2022-23 winter season. The Warming Center serves individuals with a safe space to stay during the coldest months of the year. Please contact MACC Charities at 860-647-8003 x31 for more information.
