There shall be no parking on any public highway or designated municipally owned, leased or operated off-street parking area or lot in the Town between the hours of 2:00AM and 6:00AM from December 1st through April 1st.

The Budget & Reseach Office coodinates Town-wide performance measurement initiatives, which aim to monitor and improve upon department programs and operations by collecting and reporting on a number of statistics and indicators.
