Over the next 2 weeks, crews will be doing a leaf collection test run in select areas to test equipment functionality. This is not the official leaf pickup. The council consists of the Manchester Chapters of American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, The Marine Corps League, The Army & Navy Club, Vietnam Veterans Association and the World War I Association. The Council typically meets on the first Monday of each month, except July and August, at the Army Navy Club, 1090 Main St.
