In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Scarecrows are coming to Downtown Manchester - Artists Wanted!
Registration for the Downtown Manchester Scarecrow Festival is now open! Individuals, families, friend groups, clubs, schools, non-profits, and businesses alike - everyone is invited to create a scarecrow!
Scarecrow Artists must register by 9/18 to participate. Early Registration : All registrations received by 8/23 will be entered to win a paint-your-own Manchester pumpkin!
