Over the next 2 weeks, crews will be doing a leaf collection test run in select areas to test equipment functionality. This is not the official leaf pickup. A second, formal pass will follow later to collect leaves properly. The official leaf collection programs begins November 10. Thank you for your patience while we fine-tune the process.

Calling All Scarecrow Artists
Scarecrows are coming to Downtown Manchester! For this year’s October festival our scarecrows will celebrate Manchester!
Individuals of all ages, families, schools, clubs, non-profits, businesses and organizations are all welcome to create a scarecrow.
