In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Scarecrows are coming to Downtown Manchester! For this year’s October festival our scarecrows will celebrate Manchester!
Individuals of all ages, families, schools, clubs, non-profits, businesses and organizations are all welcome to create a scarecrow.
