There shall be no parking on any public highway or designated municipally owned, leased or operated off-street parking area or lot in the Town between the hours of 2:00AM and 6:00AM from December 1st through April 1st.
The Senior Center Newcomer’s meeting, open to those 60+ and a Manchester Resident, will be held in the Senior Center Library. New members will receive introductions to our programs and tour our facility. Please register with the front office by calling (860) 647-3211 ahead of time so we may properly prepare for your visit.
